Return and Refund
We believe that your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can easily return the product according to our return and refund policy.
Return conditions:
When receiving the product, contact the company support team and apply for a refund and return it to the delivery man.
- The product must be unused and intact, i.e. the packaging seal, label must be intact.
- The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Please note that only valid and appropriate reasons will be accepted for returns.
Refund conditions:
- The refund process will begin after the returned product is inspected.
- The refund will only be for the original price of the product; shipping charges are not refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, which may take 5-7 business days to process.
No products are eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Customized or personalized products
- Return requests due to delays or other reasons
- Products with seals opened for security reasons (exm: some lenses or medical products)
Product Exchange/Exchange:
- If you wish to receive another product of the same value, a product exchange is available.
- For an exchange, the original product must be returned and the transaction will be completed upon receipt of the new product.
